Within the framework of the CSR, the Cooperative expanded its services and created its own hospital: The 21 de Diciembre Medical Center, which belongs to the Port Mutual, giving services to the most unprotected sectors of the population, such as 16,000 elderly people in the Department of San Lorenzo and a second option for foreigners, who can be treated for emergencies or can profit from complex tests such as 5D ultrasound, X-rays, dentistry, clinical lab, etc.
