Our beginnings
The Cooperativa de Trabajos Portuarios Ltda. de San Martín [The Cooperative of Port Labour of San Martín] was founded in 1961 with work and dedication. It is strategically located in the heart of the San Lorenzo Port Complex and in one of the most productive provinces of Argentina, such as Santa Fe.
Quality services
Over 60 years providing stevedoring services in the San Lorenzo agro-export complex, it gradually became a fundamental link in the export and import chain of grains, fertilizers, fuels and by-products. By providing quality services, constant improvement and technological investments, it has become the most solid and important cooperative entity in the maritime sector in South America.

Security and seriousness

More than 1,000 specialized and trained workers to give quick responses with commitment and excellent services under strict international safety standards such as ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 and OHSAS 18001-2007.

Manual stowage

The manual stowage of grains and oilseeds that works with rotating shifts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year uninterruptedly is the cornerstone of the Cooperative's sustained growth, rated by its main customers (LDC, Renova, Cofco Agri, Cargill, Bunge, Profertil, AGD, among others) as the most competent and suitable stevedoring company in Argentina.

Mechanized stowage

Mechanized stevedoring is concentrated in the Machine Operating Center, a space made up of more than one hundred Volvo front loaders, backhoe loaders, mini track loaders and state-of-the-art heavy machinery that complete the stevedoring work in ship warehouses and port terminals silos, allowing loading rates to triple.

Our property

This large facility also has mechanical and maintenance workshops, such as painting, spare parts, welding, welding, fibring and fuel supply for the entire fleet of vehicles, including buses and personnel transport units.
A fact that reveals the importance of the Cooperativa de Trabajos Portuarios within the international market is that it has become Volvo's main client in the American continent.
